Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. In this pivotal role, you will lead the financing process, assist customers in securing optimal loan and lease options, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Responsibilities

Guide customers through the financing and insurance process, explaining options clearly and confidently to facilitate informed decisions.
Structure and negotiate auto loan and lease deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and dealership.
Manage loan processing from application to approval, verifying credit information, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other relevant regulations.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, upselling additional products such as extended warranties or insurance packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction structuring, title processing, and contract completion.
Stay current with automotive industry regulations, financial compliance standards, and dealership policies to uphold ethical practices.
Utilize financial software such as CDK or similar platforms to accurately document transactions, perform credit analysis, and process loan documentation efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive finance management or as a loan officer within a dealership environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, title processing procedures, and financial compliance standards.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, upselling techniques, and deal structuring to maximize sales opportunities.
Familiarity with financial software systems like CDK or equivalent platforms for transaction processing.
Basic math skills including 10-key typing accuracy for quick data entry and calculations.
Experience in credit analysis, loan processing, and understanding of automotive financing options.
Ability to adhere strictly to compliance guidelines related to financial services and dealership operations.
