Overview

we are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency will help foster a productive and friendly environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent customer support
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, check in patients , fill prescriptions and take payments.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly stored
Assist with clerical tasks including emailing, printing, updating patient charts.
Support office management activities such as inventory and general administrative duties.

Experience

Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry and document proofreading
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles within medical offices is a plus
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
