We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Writer/Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Document service requests accurately and transmit information to the service department.
Provide estimates for various services including oil changes, tire service, and engine repair.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
