WHAT YOU’LL DO

As General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the overall success and growth of the dealership. Responsibilities include:

Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Accounting
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong gross profit and expense control
Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share and profitability
Monitor key performance indicators and hold department leaders accountable for results
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing talent
Build and maintain a strong culture focused on teamwork, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and oversee online reputation management
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer, state, and federal regulations
Analyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for continued growth and improvement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a General Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
Experience with both Domestic and Import automotive brands preferred
Strong knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS required
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales, profitability, CSI, and operational goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Comprehensive knowledge of variable operations, fixed operations, finance, and dealership accounting
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing talent
A proven history of building strong teams and delivering measurable results
