About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent serving Redlands and the surrounding communities.

This is not a typical administrative position. We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive professional who can become a trusted right-hand partner in a fast-paced real estate business.

The ideal candidate values honesty, integrity, accountability, and hard work. They are a natural problem solver who takes ownership of challenges, follows through on commitments, and consistently looks for ways to improve systems, processes, and client experiences.

Competitive base salary + Performance-based bonus opportunities. Total Compensation: $72,000+

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
Coordinate communications between clients, agents, vendors, lenders, and escrow companies
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Operations & Administration

Maintain databases, records, files, and transaction documentation
Prepare contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Improve systems and workflows to increase efficiency

Client Experience

Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout every transaction
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors
Resolve issues professionally and confidently
Create a smooth and organized experience from listing to closing

Marketing & Project Support

Assist with social media, marketing campaigns, and client events
Coordinate listing preparation and marketing materials
Support special projects and business growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Must live within 30 miles of Redlands, CA
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and Canva
Close attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability

Preferred

Real estate experience
Familiarity with transaction coordination
Marketing experience
Experience with CRM systems
California Real Estate License (not required)

Candidates without a real estate license must be willing to obtain one within 12 months of employment.
