Clinical Educator
Job Type: FTE | Day

Wage scale: $34.99 – $49.70 per hour

Position Summary

The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and organizing a variety of education activities including individual, department and hospital wide programs.

Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for staff.
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.
Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement education, quality, and patient safety initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and share performance data to support continuous improvement efforts.
Lead education-related projects, committees, and team development activities.
Provide education, coaching, and subject matter expertise to staff and leaders.
Maintain current clinical knowledge and support changes in nursing practice and regulatory requirements.
Utilize learning management and data systems to support education programs and reporting.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable federal, state, accreditation, and licensing requirements.

$10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-incentive bonus based on experience
$2.25 - $4.50 Shift differential

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a minimum education of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Preferred Master's Degree.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider Instructor within 3 years of accepting or transferring into the position.
BLS
Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years of recent clinical experience with ongoing ability to demonstrate mastery of relevant clinical skills.
Sufficient previous experience in adult education
