Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Doral, FL. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC machining programs for aerospace tooling, precision-machined components, and ground support equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming experience, a solid understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work closely with machinists, engineering, and quality teams to support efficient production.

Responsibilities

Program 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
Develop and optimize machining strategies for aerospace tooling and precision components
Create and maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, tool lists, and manufacturing documentation
Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications
Select tooling, fixtures, and machining methods
Support machine setup, prove-out, and production activities
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Improve cycle times and manufacturing processes
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet customer requirements
Maintain revision control of CNC programs and manufacturing documentation

Requirements

5+ years of CNC programming experience
Experience programming CNC milling machines
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience with setup and prove-out activities
Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and workholding
Experience machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and aerospace materials

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace manufacturing experience
5-axis programming experience
Experience with Mastercam
Experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM, GibbsCAM, or HyperMill
Experience programming Haas, Mazak, DMG Mori, or Okuma machines
Familiarity with Fanuc controls
AS9100 manufacturing experience
Fixture design and process improvement experience

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
