Join a dedicated team in Denver Colorado who promotes and supports Senior Project Managers. Our commission structure is the most lucrative pay plan you will find in Denver. 5% Overhead and 65% Commission on Self Generated Leads, 10% overhead and 65% Commission on Company provided leads. If you have experience we want to talk to you, our set up is geared towards PM’s who have already figured this industry out and care about quality, support, and making more Money from a company that isn’t concerned with the unnecessary fat and frills large companies offer. We are honest and trustworthy in all our affairs, and aren’t interested in anyone who isn’t. Quite clearly we provide a high quality customer centered experience with some of the best installers in Denver..

REALISTIC 175K+ INCOME NO INCOME CAP

Based in Denver Colorado, we’re now hiring Project Managers who are motivated and ready to change their lives and make higher commission splits.

Compensation & Benefits:

1099 Independent Contractor Position
Uncapped commission – realistic first-year $150-$200k
Much Higher then average Commission Splits
Flexible schedule - performance based
Ongoing sales and Project Managing coaching

Requirements

2+ years sales experience in Roofing
Valid driver’s license
reliable vehicle
comfortable on a ladder
A true hunter mentality – you enjoy knocking doors and closing deals
Senior PM’s know who they are and what they bring to table and dont need any coaching just support and want to be paid more

Senior PM’s, where do you go when you already know how to sell and manage a project where all you want is to be rewarded for your talent. You already know how to work Retail and Insurance Claims and you care about low company overhead to win Retail Projects, or you can close Insurance Claims and need the support through Supplements and Production to make the project go smoothly

What you’ll do

Run Residential and Commercial Inspections for Exterior Work
Guide homeowners through insurance claims
Prospect daily via canvassing, networking, referrals, and company leads
Track every lead in our CRM and submit projects for Production

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
