Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support to staff as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
