Full Job Description

Tax Pro Multi Services is a fast-growing bilingual agency in Houston, TX serving hundreds of clients across commercial insurance, trucking compliance, title transfers, tax preparation, and business formation. We are a high-volume, high-energy office that takes pride in serving our community. Our insurance department is growing and we need a sharp, reliable professional to keep operations running smoothly.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a back office operations role — not sales. You will be the engine behind our insurance department, working directly under the supervision of our licensed agent. You will own the daily processes that keep our clients covered, our files organized, and our team moving efficiently. This is a stable, long-term position with real growth opportunity for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Enter and manage new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in the system as directed by the licensed agent

— Issue certificates of insurance as directed by the licensed agent

— Follow up with clients on payments, upcoming renewals, and missing documents

— Handle inbound calls and texts from clients regarding their existing policies

— Gather and transmit client information needed for applications and quotes to the licensed agent

— Coordinate with insurance carriers on policy changes and client requests as directed

— Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical client files

— Receive and process premium payments in the office

— Support the licensed agent with daily administrative tasks and client onboarding

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

— Bilingual Spanish and English required — written and spoken

— Minimum 1–2 years experience in insurance, finance, or a high-volume client-facing office

— Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role

— Professional phone, text, and email communication skills

— Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once

— Comfortable in a fast-paced bilingual office environment

— Reliable, professional, and able to work independently without constant supervision

— Insurance license is a plus but not required — this is an administrative support role

WHAT WE OFFER

IMPORTANT

This position works under the direct supervision of a licensed insurance agent at all times. The role does not involve quoting, selling, binding, or recommending insurance products. All client-facing communications are strictly administrative in nature. Candidates who are detail-oriented, experienced in back office or agency operations, and looking for a stable long-term role are encouraged to apply.
