Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team.

This is Not a call center position.

Seeking an experienced office assistant to schedule techs in Denver Metro Area. Ideal candidate will also have some dispatching experience.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional, positive Small business office environment and contribute to the smooth operation of daily tasks.

We're a well established Local Home Maintenance company seeking a friendly, Detail-member to join our team to assist with daily operations.

Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8-5

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including order entry, data entry, email, accounts receivable.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks

Scheduling clients using online software.
Keep detailed client records.
Knowledge and use of Housecall Pro
Customer oriented mindset, customer support experience
Strong work ethic - team player, Assist upper management
Good knowledge of the Denver Metro area suburbs, roadways.
Excellent communication, Ability to multi-task
Responding to email and on-line booking requests.
Strong customer service, i.e. phone communication
Providing service information and resolve any emerging problems clients may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinating with property management professionals.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role

Experience with Word and Excel necessary. Experience with QuickBooks helpful.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or in Office Administration are a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
