Hunter isn't just a ski town anymore — it's one of the most exciting food destinations in upstate New York. Guests arrive here from New York City and beyond expecting a meal worth the drive, and we deliver it: refined, seasonal cooking, a thoughtfully built bar program, and warm, polished service in a setting most restaurants can only dream of.

We're growing our team, front and back of house, and we're looking for people who take real pride in hospitality. Fine dining experience is a plus — but it's not required. What we can't teach is care, curiosity, and work ethic. If you bring those, we'll teach you the rest.

Open PositionsBack of House

Sous Chef Lead alongside our chef in a kitchen built on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You'll run services, manage prep and ordering, mentor the line, and help shape menus that change with the Catskills seasons. We're looking for a steady hand under pressure, strong technique, and someone who leads by example.

Line Cook Work every station in a scratch kitchen where technique matters and shortcuts don't exist. You'll butcher, sauce, plate, and learn — this is a kitchen where cooks get better. Prior line experience preferred; a serious attitude and clean habits are essential.

Front of House

Bartender Own a bar program that goes beyond pouring — classic cocktails executed properly, an evolving seasonal list, and a wine and spirits selection worth talking about. You're fast, precise, and genuinely enjoy being the best seat in the house.

Server Guide guests through a memorable evening from greeting to goodnight. You'll learn the menu deeply — ingredients, sourcing, wine pairings — and deliver service that's warm without being stiff, attentive without hovering. If you love food and love people, this is the role.
