Full Job Description

Automotive Finance Manager

University Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) to join our team. We're looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping customers, building value, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining strong customer relationships while maximizing dealership profitability and ensuring full compliance with all lender and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Present financing and protection products in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Secure competitive financing through established lender relationships.
Prepare, review, and finalize all finance documentation accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, warranties, and other protection products while building value for every customer.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient purchase process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
Meet or exceed finance performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, including lender and regulatory requirements.
Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Previous automotive F&I or Automotive Finance Manager experience is required.
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance regulations.
Proven success in finance production, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
