Overview
Express Bath is a top dealer in the Jacuzzi network and leader in bathroom renovations in the state of Alabama. We cover the entire state and are rapidly growing and expanding. We provide a fun, and challenging work environment with our focus on our people and our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office operations, supporting staff, and enhancing customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support sales and production staff with necessary paperwork and information
Collaborate with team members to streamline office management processes

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and office management
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer interactions
Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience as a personal assistant or in customer service roles is highly valued
