If you’re an Estimator who enjoys building accurate, competitive bids and collaborating closely with preconstruction and operations teams, this Estimator role may be worth a closer look—read on to discover what makes this opportunity stand out.

As an Estimator you will:

Collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and field leadership to align scope, schedule, logistics, and pricing assumptions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable coverage
Identify value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives that strengthen proposals without compromising quality or performance

Requirements of this Estimator role:

Degree in construction management or industry related degree
5+ years’ estimating experience in the commercial, multifamily and mixed-use markets
Strong working relationship with DFW sub-contractor base
Ability to present company to new clients and walk job sites with them
Proficiency in Onscreen take off, Procore and MS Project
