Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to develop your client service skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Overseeing project from start to finish
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other databases
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance
Collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and customer satisfaction levels
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed (minimum required)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
