Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team during evening hours. This pivotal role ensures seamless guest experiences by managing check-in and check-out procedures, overseeing guest services, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Duties

Supervise the front desk team during the 2nd shift, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes using property management systems such as OPERA or similar hotel management software.
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing courteous phone etiquette and effective communication to assist guests and internal departments.
Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift.
Enforce hotel policies, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
Handle guest relations with a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering personalized solutions that enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest requests and resolve operational issues swiftly.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is required; resort experience is a plus.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and client communication.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hospitality reservation systems is essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems, handle high-pressure situations, and deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
