Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. This person should be highly organized and able to focus on multiple tasks throughout the day.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control processes, and ensure seamless logistics flow across all warehouse functions. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.

Supervise warehouse staff to check product information and report any problems to overseas team.

Manage inventory management systems to maintain precise stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement inventory control procedures.

Responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders, including handling shipments, arranging carriers, and resolving any shipping issues.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Prefer 3-5 year’s work experience in warehouse inventory management.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, lead, or in a similar warehouse management role, preferably within e-commerce or distribution sectors.

Knowledge of warehouse operations(receiving, outbound, WMS, FBA shipments).
