Full Job Description

We are filling positions in these departments:

Assembly - Responsible for performing small parts assembly for automotive compressor production. Work requires ability to obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) license.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Pass a drug screen
Pass a background check
Physical demands and abilities may include:
Regularly lift 35 pounds
Regularly perform repetitive tasks
Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
Must have good eye-hand coordination

MACI Schedule:

Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
Average 8-10.5 hours each day
