Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in sales, particularly in high-end or B2B environments, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked and available for use.
Support sales efforts by upselling services or products when appropriate.
Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
Assist with inventory management and control to ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings for staff as needed.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing the sales pipeline and assisting with outbound sales efforts.
Engage in public speaking opportunities as needed to represent the company at events or meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic retail math; proficiency in math is essential for inventory control tasks.
Ability to engage in cold calling and marketing efforts to support sales initiatives.
Previous experience in outside sales, negotiation, or sales management is advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills is preferred.
