Full Job Description

Pileum Corporation is a leading Systems Integration and Technology Consulting firm with offices in Jackson, Mississippi; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Nashville, Tennessee. We provide managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, cloud solutions, and technology consulting to businesses throughout the Southeast.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Client Support Coordinator to join our team in our Jackson, MS office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at organization, communication, and multitasking. The successful candidate will support our sales, operations, and technical services teams while serving as an important point of contact for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the Sales, Operations, and Service Delivery teams.
Maintain and manage hardware, software, and managed service renewal schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and Account Managers to prepare renewal quotes prior to contract expiration.
Track quote requests, renewals, and sales opportunities to ensure timely follow-up.
Generate reports and dashboards to support operational and sales management.
Assist with proposal preparation, vendor registrations, and other sales-related documentation.
Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Client Support & Service Coordination

Serve as one of the first points of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and our support portal.
Create, document, and route support tickets with complete and accurate information.
Monitor incoming service requests to ensure they are assigned and acknowledged promptly.
Communicate with clients regarding ticket status, scheduling, and follow-up.
Coordinate appointments between clients and technical staff.
Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate engineering or management personnel.
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and service notes within our help desk system.
Assist with client onboarding documentation and service-related administrative tasks.
Help ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met through proactive communication and ticket management.

General Office & Operations Support

Review and respond to departmental emails.
Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational workflows.
Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, administrative support, service coordination, or an IT/MSP environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Experience with help desk ticketing systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
