About Us

Premier Chiropractic and Performance is a fast growing, cash based rehab chiropractic practice in Jacksonville dedicated to helping people finally solve the root cause of their chronic pain. We don't do cookie cutter treatment - everything we do is 1-on-1, customized, and results driven. We're building something special here and we need the right person to help us grow it.

The Role

This is not a typical admin job. You are the first voice and first impression for every person who reaches out to Premier. Your job is to make sure that every lead, every inquiry, every DM, and every phone call gets a fast, warm, professional response and that the right people get booked into a Discovery Call with our doctor.

But this role is equally about keeping the backend of the clinic running without gaps. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, ever.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails and DMs promptly. Speed to lead is everything in this role. Following up with warm leads who have expressed interest but haven't yet booked a Discovery Call. Setting and confirming Discovery Call appointments. Managing all clinic email communication and responding on behalf of the practice. Recording and tracking all patient records, requests, and responses accurately and consistently. Managing patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar organization. Supporting payment collections and following up on outstanding balances. Keeping all systems, records, and daily administrative tasks current and accounted for. Being the warm, organized, professional backbone of Premier every single day.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who genuinely loves talking to people and is energized by connection, not drained by it. You are highly organized and detail oriented nothing falls through the cracks on your watch and you hold yourself accountable to that standard daily. You are comfortable having outcome focused conversations and understand that helping someone book a call is genuinely helping them. You thrive in a fast paced environment where you own your responsibilities without being micromanaged. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, customer success, or a similar people facing role is a plus but not required we will train the right person.
