Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, pleasant, motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office at Aesha Medical Aesthetics. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. We do background checks on all potential candidates. Please do not apply if you do not have spa or derm experience. References and background check as well as job verification will be performed.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, set up appointments, Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using productivity software.
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing documents, and proofreading communications.
Assist with client communication and customer support to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment.

Qualifications

At least one year of Medical Spa experience.
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under time constraints.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks.
