Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

Answer and transfer multi-line switchboard
Open the door and greet visitors at the front desk
Update Directory
Order and manage office supplies
Maintain mail machines, copiers, Coffee Perks, Med supplies, and office supply room
Approve supply Invoices in ScanMan System
Run outgoing mail through a mail machine
FedEx or USPS shipping for corporate office
Mail open and distribution
New Hires: collects all paperwork and coordinates with payroll
Mentoring various office personnel on front office procedures
Special projects as time allows
Position Requirements
High school diploma
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from and mentor others
Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet applications
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, vendors, and employees
Skill in organizing and establishing priorities
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly

Qualifications:

Qualifications that are a plus:

Multiple line switchboard experience
Knowledge of the Construction industry
Knowledge of JDEdwards
Knowledge of SalesForce
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with Excel
Receptionist Experience
FedEx and UPS shipping website experience
