Full Job Description

Position Title: Utilities Supervisor

Area of Requirement: Utilities Operations & Maintenance

Scope of Position:

Ensures safe and compliant operation and maintenance of all utility systems in accordance with contract requirements.

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

Manage daily O&M for water, wastewater, electrical, and mechanical utility systems.
Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
Coordinate with other annex managers and personnel to ensure system reliability.
Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:

Minimum two (2) years’ experience operating and maintaining utility systems of similar size and complexity.
Must be on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours.

Preferred/Desired Certifications:

State utility operator licenses (water/wastewater/electrical) *
1-2 years experience with NAVFAC utilities operations highlight desirable *
CMMS/Maximo proficiency
