Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager for our Texas territory and our Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia territory to lead sales initiatives within a designated region. This energetic role is perfect for a proactive professional passionate about expanding business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a key player in our sales team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals. Your expertise in enterprise-level sales, management, and technical solutions will empower you to excel in a fast-paced corporate environment focused on innovation and customer success. This job requires 50-75% travel.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to your territory, aligning with overall business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within target industries.
Manage existing client accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that foster loyalty and growth.
Lead negotiations with clients at all levels, closing deals efficiently while ensuring mutual value and satisfaction.
Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track sales activities, analyze pipeline health, and generate detailed reports on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads within your region.
Provide leadership and mentorship to sales teams or business development staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends using sales analytics tools to identify emerging opportunities or areas for improvement in sales tactics or product offerings.
Tradeshows , industry events and customer tastings to promote our products.
In store trainings for staff members.

Experience

Proven success in outside B2B (business-to-business) sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably involving technology or SaaS products.
Demonstrated management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
Strong background in technical sales with familiarity in Salesforce Cloud, CRM systems, and sales management tools for analytics and reporting purposes.
Extensive experience in business development management, account management, deal closing, and enterprise selling strategies.
Skilled in negotiation, customer relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service at all levels of client organizations.
Leadership experience managing sales strategy or development teams; capable of guiding team development initiatives effectively.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making; experience with sales analytics & reporting tools is highly desirable.
Adept at cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product development, and executive teams to align efforts towards shared objectives.
