Full Job Description

Accepting applications for Weekend Cook/Chef

Saturday & Sunday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

20 hours, weekly pay

Rock Creek Manor is a family owned and operated Senior Living Community with 4 properties on a 70 acre campus. Our culinary team is talented and committed, and a big part of what our culture and passion.

The part time Cook/Chef position requires a mature attitude, ability to work independently and a passion to serve.

Prepare delicious, scratch creations for residents and guests.

Duties:

Prepare delicious, creative and high quality food for customers and special functions
Coordinate timing of preparation in order to meet meal schedules for 75+ guests
Adheres to standardization of recipes and portion control to prevent food waste
Provides care and sanitation of equipment in production area
Adheres to sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications:

Comfortable creating fabulous, all scratch meals & desserts in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of basic principles and requirements of food safety and sanitation
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 40 lbs.

Permanent, part time location between Ball Ground and Jasper

Member of Georgia Drugs Don't Work program

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
