Help Wanted: CNC Mill Machinist

Location: Painesville, Ohio

Position: CNC Mill Machinist

Type: Full-Time

Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch products and services to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who is proficient in programming and setting up CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure precision and quality in all machined parts.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production and maintain tolerances.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code, MaterCam)
Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
