Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who is proficient in programming and setting up CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure precision and quality in all machined parts.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production and maintain tolerances.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code, MaterCam)
- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
