Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a money motivated revenue generation specialist. You will be responsible for meeting your monthly revenue generation goals. This is a commission plus base position. There is no cap to your commission. You will also be responsible for resolving complex tax issues. A general understanding of the tax resolution process is a plus. We will train you in the general principles of tax resolution.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue with outstanding customer service.
You must maintain regular communication with our clients.
Prepare and review individual and business financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist clients in understanding their tax obligations and provide guidance on tax-saving strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve any inquiries related to their tax filings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all tax-related tasks during all seasons.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Identify opportunities for additional services that may benefit clients, contributing to overall sales growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred NOT REQUIRED.
Previous experience in tax resolution or accounting is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Sales experience is a must, as it contributes to identifying client needs and promoting relevant services.
Proficient in using tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all work performed.
