Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Staffing Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts while ensuring strict adherence to employment laws and industry regulations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, manage talent sourcing strategies, and maintain compliance with all relevant legal standards. Your energetic approach will drive our staffing initiatives forward, fostering a compliant, efficient, and engaging recruitment environment that attracts top talent across various levels and disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce while upholding the highest standards of regulatory integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage our recruitment processes, including internal staffing initiatives.
Execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Online media marketing (recruitment), and relationship management to generate candidate pipelines.
Conduct thorough interviewing and assessment procedures to identify top candidates aligned with organizational needs and cultural fit.
Manage employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and safe workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices by staying current on HR legal compliance standards such as labor law, employment & labor law, and HR legal compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with leadership on succession planning, training & development programs, and workforce planning to support long-term organizational growth.
Conduct research on industry trends in recruiting and talent acquisition to continuously improve sourcing methods and candidate engagement strategies.
Maintain meticulous documentation related to contracts, employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities.
Support sales efforts by leveraging recruiting skills for lead generation and client relationship management within staffing projects.

Experience

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines including recruiting, on-boarding and compliance.
Demonstrated expertise in On-Boarding management software such ADP.
Knowledge of employment law and HR legal compliance standards.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills tailored for engaging candidates at all levels.
Experience implementing MVR and Criminal Background Checks
Background in social media management for recruitment campaigns.
Ability to maintain confidently while fostering positive employee relations.
Knowledge of CDL/DOT Record Keeping and Drug & Alcohol Program oversight
Knowledge of OSHA Safety Regulations and Safety Program implementation.
