Full Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives for our early phase clinical research organization (CRO). This hands-on role is responsible for managing the company's digital marketing channels to generate leads that support business goals and objectives while supporting the operational effectiveness of the marketing function through project coordination, performance measurement, continued optimization, tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team, Business Development and external partners to execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review website landing pages to identify opportunities for user journey improvement and recommend enhancements based on business priorities and analytics.
Develop and execute the company’s organic LinkedIn strategy, including content scheduling, publishing and engagement.
Lead LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads focused on generating high-quality leads.
Optimize digital content for traditional search engines (SEO) and emerging AI-powered search experiences, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Monitor digital marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, traffic and conversion.
Maintain the department marketing calendar and coordinate marketing priorities, timelines and deliverables.
Track the status and performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting on key metrics and project progress.
Develop business intelligence dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
Support marketing planning, vendor management, budget tracking and process improvements.
Partner with the Campaign Manager to execute marketing initiatives across digital channels.
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement website updates and ensure brand consistency across digital assets.
Other duties as assigned.

4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B, CRO, healthcare or life sciences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Experience managing website content, optimization and digital analytics using content management systems and tools such as GA4.
Experience with paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) is preferred.
Experience coordinating external marketing agencies or vendors.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience tracking marketing performance and developing business intelligence reports or dashboards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
