REGISTERED NURSE — AESTHETICS & WELLNESS

Houston, TX | Part-Time, with room to grow into Full-Time

$25/hour base

ABOUT THE ROLE

Glow Medspa is hiring an experienced RN for our Houston location. Our RN program currently runs GLP-1 medical weight management, and we're expanding into neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, and other wellness services.

We are only interviewing candidates with hands-on working experience in GLP-1, & neurotoxin injections as well as PRP. (classroom experience will not be considered working experience.)

WHAT YOU NEED

Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
2+ years hands-on injecting Botox or other neurotoxins (4+ preferred)
Hands-on experience with GLP-1 injections and weight-management patients
Hands-on PRP experience, including phlebotomy/venipuncture and centrifuge/blood processing
Solid patient assessment and documentation skills
Strong communication and patient education skills

NICE TO HAVE

Dermal filler experience
HRT/hormone therapy patient care
Other aesthetic or wellness injectables
Medspa, aesthetic practice, or wellness clinic background

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY ONE

You'll run our GLP-1 program: administering injections per protocol, monitoring patient progress and adverse reactions, patient education and follow-up, documentation, and escalating clinical concerns to our medical team when needed.

WHERE THIS GOES

As we roll out neurotoxins, fillers, PRP, and HRT support, this role grows with it, based on your experience, competency, and the protocols we put in place. You'd help build the clinical workflows for these new services.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'd be the first RN building this side of the program, so the more you put into it, the more you get out of it, in scope, in influence, and in pay. Whoever does this well is positioned to become the head of this department as it grows.

PAY

$25/hour reflects the role today. As the expanded services launch, we're adding a performance/commission structure tied to their growth, and this role has a real path from part-time to full-time as the schedule fills out.
