Help Create the Magic at Millie Bo Peep ✨

At Millie Bo Peep, we believe shopping should be more than checking items off a list -- it should be an experience families remember.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Events & Experiences Coordinator to help bring that vision to life.

If you're the type of person who loves planning parties, decorating for every season, dreaming up fun activities for kids, or turning ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't a typical retail position. It's an opportunity to help shape the experiences that make Millie Bo Peep a destination for families throughout our community.

What You'll Create

As our Events & Experiences Coordinator, you'll help imagine, plan, and execute experiences that make families excited to visit again and again.

Projects may include:

In-store family events and seasonal celebrations
VIP shopping experiences
Children's workshops and themed activities
Window displays and interactive photo opportunities
Holiday events and store decor
Community partnerships and collaborative events
Event setup, decorating, and teardown
Brainstorming fresh ideas that make Millie Bo Peep unlike any other children's boutique

Additional Responsibilities

While your primary focus is creating memorable experiences, you'll also:

Assist customers on the sales floor when needed
Operate the point-of-sale system
Help prepare the boutique for events and seasonal launches
Support the team during busy shopping days
Work independently on assigned projects

Has a creative eye for decorating and visual presentation
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Enjoys working with children and families
Is comfortable juggling multiple projects
Takes initiative and works well independently

Is excited to help make Millie Bo Peep a destination, not just a store

Previous experience with event planning, decorating, visual merchandising, education, recreation, hospitality, or children's programming is a plus... but passion, creativity, and a willingness to learn matter even more.

Position Details

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to pass a background check
Part-time (approximately 8–15 hours per week)
Flexible schedule with weekday availability and occasional evenings or weekends for events
