Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an entry level HR Coordinator to provide support to the Sr HR Generalist by assisting with clerical tasks, maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, organize, and maintain employee personnel files (digital and paper), such as filing, data entry, and scanning.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry, file audits, and records management.
Support HR dept with other clerical and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Maintain project to bring up to date accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Process onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Administrative experience in an HR capacity is preferred.
Previous clerical or administrative experience, preferably in HR or office environment.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Biliterate in English/Spanish required

Work Environment:

Office setting with regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets).
Full-time position
May require occasional overtime

Due to the collaborative and operational nature of this role, this position requires full-time, onsite attendance. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
