At Licari’s Sicilian Pizza Kitchen, we pride ourselves on "Quality, Passion, and Roots". We are a casual, energetic, neighborhood kitchen that brings authentic Sicilian flavors to Michigan. Our kitchen is "almost from scratch," meaning we prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations. The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook who takes immense pride in their craft and is capable of working Saute. You won’t just be flipping burgers; you’ll be an essential part of a team that creates amazing pasta dishes, award-winning pizza, and traditional Sicilian dishes with extreme attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to exact recipe standards.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient kitchen station.
Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Ensure food safety and quality guidelines are followed without exception.

Requirements

1-2 years of prior kitchen experience is preferred, especially in a scratch or high-volume environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
