BILLING MANAGER
Lead the Revenue Cycle for an Exceptional Radiation Oncology Practice
The Hill Country Center for Cancer Care | Kerrville, Texas
We are looking for an experienced medical billing professional who knows that great billing begins long before a claim is submitted.
The Hill Country Center for Cancer Care is seeking an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee the billing and insurance functions of our radiation oncology practice.
This is an important position within our practice. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of medical billing, insurance verification, prior authorization, claims management, denials, collections, and payer requirements—and will take ownership of making sure our revenue cycle operates efficiently and accurately.
If you are someone who can look at a billing problem and immediately start figuring out why it happened, how to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again, we'd like to meet you.
THIS IS NOT JUST A BILLING JOB.
Radiation oncology is a highly specialized area of healthcare with complex insurance requirements, authorization processes, treatment plans, and billing considerations.
The Billing Manager plays a critical role in making sure patients receive the care they need without unnecessary administrative or insurance delays, while also ensuring the practice is appropriately reimbursed for the services it provides.
You'll work closely with the clinical and administrative team to make sure the entire process—from insurance verification and authorization through claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections—works as it should.
Accuracy matters.
Follow-through matters.
Experience matters.
