Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to manage multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

Manage daily park operations, including overseeing administrative procedures and ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized
Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with attention to detail
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
Assist with client communication by preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing front desk duties
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
Support office management tasks including organizing files, managing office equipment, and ensuring overall office efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated computer literacy and technical proficiency in productivity software and office equipment
Previous experience in customer service or front desk responsibilities is preferred
Exceptional time management skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
Personal assistant or calendar management experience will be considered an asset
