WANTED: A Closer Who Wants to SELL.. Not "Build a Brand," Not "Be Their Own Boss," Just Close Deals and Get Paid

Killeen, TX (Hybrid) · Full-Time · Watters International Realty

Read this carefully, because most people who apply will be wrong for it — and I'd rather you disqualify yourself now than waste both our time.

First, who this is NOT for.

This is not for the agent who wants to "build their own business" on our leads and our dime, then walk. It's not for the dreamer who loves the idea of real estate but freezes in front of people. It's not for someone who needs to be chased, babysat, or motivated with a pizza party. And it's definitely not for the part-timer "testing the waters."

If you read that and felt a little defensive — good. This isn't your ad. Stop here.

Now, who this IS for.

You are a salesperson. A real one. You'd rather be in front of a seller than behind a spreadsheet or doing admin work. You don't want to generate your own leads, manage your own marketing, or build your own team, you want qualified appointments and LOTS of them put on your calendar, so you can do the one thing you're great at: close.

You've sold something hard before and won. You like the scoreboard. You take it personally when a deal slips. You want a brokerage that hands you ammunition and then gets out of your way.

If that's you, keep reading, this might be the best seat you've ever had.

Here's what you actually get.

More ACTUAL appointments ie face to face meetings with clients, than we have agents to work them, not LEADS which require phone calls and long term nurturing. Listing and marketing tools that already work, so you're not building anything from scratch. Real training and coaching from [Trainer of the Year - Stephanie Perez] because even great closers sharpen up. And a team that has your back, not your neck.

And here's how you get paid, built around YOU.

We don't force one comp box on proven talent. Once you test out of training, we'll structure the right deal for the right closer:

A performance draw so you've got runway while you ramp,
A spiff the moment a listing is won and in the MLS — plus commission when it closes, or
A salary with back-end commission when the deal closes.

Realistic annual earnings: $100,000 to $200,000+. Our top closers have earned over $250,000 annually, but I won't insult you with income claims; what you make is up to how well you close.

The catch (because there's always one).

You have to be able to sell from day one and stay financially steady through ramp-up. Listing agents don't get a paycheck for showing up, they get paid for results. If that scares you, this isn't the place. If it excites you, we should talk today.
