Keller Commercial & Home Services is looking for an Office Assistant to join our fast-growing team! We are looking for a candidate who works well under pressure, can handle a fast-paced work environment, isn't afraid of change, and most of all, is a well rounded team player. This candidate should have strong customer services skills, and a pleasant speaking voice on the phone, and must be very organized.

Job duties:

Manage office communications by answering multi-line phone calls, routing inquiries, taking accurate messages, and filtering emails.
Maintain filing systems by regularly organizing, updating, and archiving physical and digital corporate records.
Coordinate administrative schedules by booking appointments, scheduling staff meetings, and managing calendars.
Handle mailing operations by sorting incoming daily correspondence, signing for packages, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Errands Bank and Post Office runs.
Monitor supply inventory by tracking stock levels of office stationery, kitchen items, and placing routine replenishment orders.
Perform data entry/Basic Accounting to update internal databases, spreadsheets, contact lists, and Accounts Payable entries.
Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks and Google Workspace apps preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
