We are looking for a highly experienced Structural Welder/Fabricator who is already skilled in heavy fabrication, welding, fitting, and building from the ground up. This is not an entry-level position and we are not looking for someone who still needs to be trained in the fundamentals of fabrication. We’re looking for the type of person who can walk into a shop, look at a project, understand the material, and figure out how to build it correctly.
The ideal candidate may currently be a lead fabricator, shop foreman, or even someone running a smaller fabrication shop who is ready for a better opportunity, competitive pay, and a dependable Monday-Friday work schedule.
If you’re the kind of fabricator who feels like you can build just about anything put in front of you, we want to talk to you. You should have strong working knowledge of metal thicknesses, material strength, structural fabrication, welding, fitting, and how to build products that are strong, safe, and repeatable.
We already have an established assembly and production operation with a great team. This position is different. We are looking for someone who can become a leader on the fabrication side of the company and help us develop new products, improve designs and fabrication processes, and ultimately help us create additional production and assembly lines as we grow.
