Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Paramedic Provider to join our dynamic medical services team. In this vital role, you will deliver advanced in-hospital care to patients in diverse and often urgent situations, ensuring swift, effective, and compassionate treatment. Your expertise will help stabilize patients, facilitate safe transport, and support ongoing care in collaboration with hospitals and emergency response teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those experiencing medical emergencies while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and physiology evaluations, to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses.
Perform procedures such as venipuncture, injections, and other invasive interventions following aseptic techniques and medical protocols.
Triage patients efficiently at the scene or hospital setting, prioritizing based on injury severity and urgency
Maintain clear documentation of patient care activities, vital signs, medication administration, and procedural details in compliance with healthcare standards.
Collaborate with Urgent Care staff.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and emergency medicine principles to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Valid PARAMEDIC certification with extensive experience in emergency medicine environments.
Strong background in airway management, vital signs assessment, and patient evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic procedures essential for effective patient treatment.
Proficiency in venipuncture, medication administration—including injections—and physical examinations.
