Clinical Supervisor - Family Preservation Services (FPS)

Salary: $71,000 - $78,500

Are you a licensed clinician who is passionate about supporting children and families while mentoring other professionals? Join The Villages as our Clinical Supervisor for our Family Preservation Services (FPS) program and play a vital role in strengthening families, developing staff, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care across Indiana.

What You'll Do

Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.
Monitor client progress and oversee treatment planning.
Ensure services meet agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Train and onboard new team members.

Position Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
Two years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Trauma informed care training
