Administrative Assistant II - Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join our client's team in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This position will provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional office environment.

The Administrative Assistant II will manage daily office activities, coordinate schedules, prepare and maintain documents, and assist with internal communications. Responsibilities may include answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, processing paperwork, and supporting various administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Job Duties

Provide administrative and operational support to management and internal teams
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain accurate electronic and physical files, records, and confidential information
Perform data entry and assist with document processing and record updates
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting materials
Order office supplies and help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other administrative documentation

Qualifications

1-2+ years of administrative, office, or clerical support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Assignment Details:

Contract to hire role
Onsite
Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Compensation: $21.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
