Registry Nurse Recruiter / Staffer

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | $24/Hour + Commission

We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and self-motivated Registry Nurse Recruiter/Staffer who thrives on the phone, enjoys the challenge of recruiting, and is motivated by results. This is an active recruiting and staffing position for someone who wants to develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and grow into a successful, high-earning recruiting professional.

You will actively recruit nurses, build and maintain relationships, and manage staffing needs for a portfolio of healthcare facilities across all shifts.

What You’ll Do

Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM in our office
Aggressively source, recruit, and build relationships with nurses, including RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and other healthcare professionals
Conduct high-volume phone outreach and use online recruiting channels and networking to identify qualified candidates
Manage staffing needs for a portfolio of healthcare facilities and match qualified nurses to available shifts
Recruit for day, evening, night, weekday, and weekend shifts based on facility needs
Manage the full recruiting cycle, including prospecting, interviewing/screening, placement, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management
Maintain accurate candidate information and staffing records using computer-based systems
Communicate professionally and promptly with nurses, facilities, and internal team members
Build and maintain a strong nurse network to support ongoing staffing needs

What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent telephone presence and communication skills
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage candidates
Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive
Strong organization and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, healthcare, or call-center experience is a plus

Compensation & Earning Potential

Starting Base: $24 per hour
Commission Opportunity: $25,000–$40,000+ annually for strong performers
Full-time, in-office position
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
