We are looking for a dependable, highly organized, and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has strong QuickBooks skills, enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving problems, and helping an organization operate efficiently.

As our company continues to grow, this position offers an excellent opportunity for advancement into an Office Manager role for the right individual.

What You Will Do

Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor business insurance policies and renewals
Coordinate employee clothing and uniform orders
Organize and coordinate trade shows and company events
Manage event sponsorships and related logistics
Assist our accountant with year-end tax preparation
Support Human Resources with employee records and administrative functions
Work closely with department managers to ensure efficient daily operations
Assist company leadership with projects and administrative responsibilities

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience with HR administration is a plus
