Full Job Description

Company Info: Our Company has been in business for 34 years, since 1992. We supply various types of commercial and industrial equipment to customers, mainly public agencies, located in the United States. We are looking to immediately fill an opening in our company for an Order Processor. This is a temporary position for 3-4 months as one of our staff members will be on maternity leave. If the candidate shows good work ethic, positive attitude, and an understanding of the work the company does, we will possibly consider for a permanent role in another position.

Skills Required: Candidate should be able to read and understand basic specifications of different types of commercial/industrial products and equipment. The individual should have good time management skills, be well organized, and be able to effectively prioritize different tasks. The individual must be able to communicate with customers and vendors both verbally over the phone and in writing by email. The candidate must be proficient with the use of a computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and other associated programs.

Job Responsibilities: The individual's primary responsibility will be to assist with the processing of company purchase orders, while serving as a liaison between our partner manufacturers and our clients. Upon assignment of each order and project file, the individual will be required to review and develop a general understanding of the file. Generally, you will be required to undertake tasks that are required after receipt of the purchase order and leading up to delivery of the equipment. Training will be provided.

Paid time off (PTO), offered and provided after 30 days of employment.

Hours: M-F 9AM-5PM (In Office)
