Business Manager / Office Manager

Middle Creek Roofing
Newmanstown, PA
$70,000–$90,000 per year
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Looking for more than just an office job?

Middle Creek Roofing is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Office Manager to become one of the key leaders in our growing company.

This isn't a traditional office manager position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping run a business, solving problems, staying organized, leading by example, and jumping in wherever needed. Every day is different, and that's exactly how we like it.

You'll work directly with the GM while supporting our office, call center, sales team, production team, customers, and marketing efforts.

If you've helped operate a small business or have been the person everyone depends on to "make things happen," we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Office Leadership

Help oversee the daily operations of the office
Ensure the office stays organized, efficient, and professional
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Help improve office systems and procedures
Assist with special projects and miscellaneous responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Center

Answer incoming customer phone calls
Support and coach our call center team
Help schedule appointments when needed
Make outbound calls to prospective customers during busy periods
Assist with customer concerns and help create an exceptional customer experience

Accounting Support

Assist our bookkeeping and accounting team as needed
Provide payroll support when our bookkeeper is unavailable
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable when needed
Help organize financial documents and reports

Marketing Support

Coordinate with our marketing partners
Help organize social media and YouTube content
Track online reviews and customer feedback
Assist with community events and company marketing initiatives
Help track marketing results and lead sources

HR & Team Support

Assist with hiring and onboarding
Help coordinate office meetings and company events
Support employee communication and office culture
Help keep the office positive, organized, and accountable

Sales & Production Support

Support the sales and production teams with administrative needs
Assist with reports and KPI tracking
Help ensure departments communicate effectively
Jump in wherever needed to help the company succeed

Has experience helping manage a small business or office.
Enjoys wearing many hats.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Loves solving problems.
Has excellent customer service skills.
Is comfortable learning new software and technology.
Can communicate professionally with customers, employees, and vendors.
Takes ownership without needing constant direction.
Leads with humility, positivity, and a team-first attitude.
Isn't afraid to answer the phone, make calls, or help wherever needed.

Experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus—but not required.
