Job Summary

As Line Cook, you play a vital role in bringing the restaurant’s culinary vision to life. Each plate reflects your precision, consistency, and care, qualities that define The Log Cabin experience. You’ll work in a professional, high-performance kitchen that values discipline, respect, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes to the highest standard of quality, flavor, and presentation in accordance to the chef's instructions
Maintain an organized, sanitary, clean, fresh, and well-stocked station throughout service.
Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Assist with prep, service, and closing duties as assigned.
Uphold the restaurant’s standards for excellence and consistency in every shift.

Qualifications & Experience

4 - 5 years of kitchen experience (fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred).
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to stay composed and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
Commitment to consistency, growth, and learning.
