Role: Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience & licensure
Schedule: 4-day work week

What You'll Do

Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
Perform diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing
Assist with examinations, surgeries, anesthesia, and post-operative patient care
Provide nursing care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small mammals, amphibians, and other exotic pets
Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative care
Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient care
Support daily hospital operations while maintaining a clean, organized work environment

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

Current Michigan Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential
One to two years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
Confidence handling dogs, cats, and a variety of species; exotic animal experience is a plus
Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and continuing professional growth
